The Profiles SkillBuilder Series can be used on its own, or in conjunction with the Profiles CheckPoint 360 Feedback. The SkillBuilder Series consists of online, self-paced development tools, which managers can access to develop the skills that will make them more effective.
SkillBuilder can combine CheckPoint Feedback, the right job activities and job knowledge, and a Personal Action Plan for accountability with a customised coaching guide, (providing the opportunity for the individual to involve a coach ensuring reinforcement of learning).
